53 years of service….and still going strong!
President Mark Smyth and CO Lisa Keys were delighted to join with leaders from BBNI companies in Lurgan at their recent prayer breakfast to pray for the work of Boys' Brigade, to recognise long service from one of the captains and to enjoy a delicious breakfast and great chat.
Richard Fleming, captain of 1st Donacloney BB has been a leader in BB for 53 years and together with his wife Lettie and a great team of volunteer leaders, work with 61 boys/ young men aged 4 -18 every week.
We are so blessed to have so many faithful volunteers who have a desire to work with boys and young men, helping them develop skills, participate in new experiences, and most importantly, hear about the love of Jesus.
It was great to chat over breakfast and hear stories of brilliant work going on throughout BB companies in Lurgan.
