Anchors Fun & Games (Closing Date 19th Jan)

Please Note:
- Battalion level competitions must play by the BBNI rules to ensure fairness and consistency.
- We encourage the team that has played at battalion level to play in the BBNI final.
- Please pay attention to the Anchors Fun and Games age rule which has changed.
Instructions:
1. Each battalion is to arrange their own local competition. The winning company from each battalion will go through to the NI Final.
2. Each team must consist of 4 Anchors between P1–P4. The specific makeup of the team can vary by company. However, no more than 2 team members may be from the same year group (e.g., a maximum of 2 P4s on one team).
3. For the battalion heat there will be 10 games. Teams will rotate around each of the games. Each game will last for 4 minutes.
4. The scoring will be on a points system, e.g. if there are 10 teams competing the winner of each game will get 10 points, 2nd 9 points, 3rd 8 points etc.
5. In the event of a draw for the overall winner, the team with the highest number of 1st places will be declared the winner.
BBNI Final:
Closing date: Monday 19th January 2026.
Date of Competition: The BBNI Final will be held on Saturday 31st January 2026 from 2-4pm in Woodlands Presbyterian Church, Carrickfergus.
