Building Your Skills – President’s Badge Facilitator Training

This training is designed for registered BBNI leaders who would like to become facilitators for the Building Your Skills – President’s Badge Course. The course is delivered within battalions by BBNI leaders who have successfully completed this facilitator training.

During the session, participants will explore the course content, learning outcomes, facilitation approaches, and delivery expectations. The training aims to equip leaders with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to create a consistent, engaging, and positive learning experience for boys taking part in the course.

Please note that attendance at this training is required for anyone wishing to deliver the Building Your Skills, President’s Badge Course. Leaders must successfully complete this facilitator training before they can be part of the training team delivering the course.
